Jarren Duran was officially announced by Red Sox manager Alex Cora as the starting leadoff hitter in Boston this season.
According to Gabrielle Starr of the Boston Herald, Duran stayed modest and concentrated on his position in the next Red Sox season after receiving Cora’s vote of confidence.
