Anticipations for the Miami Dolphins’ top offensive lineman in the upcoming season

The Miami Dolphins’ offensive line performed admirably in pass protection this season, despite having 12 different lineup combinations. They gave up the fewest QB hits, the third-fewest pressures, the fourth-lowest pressure percentage, and the fourth-fewest sacks in the league, along with the 13th-fewest hurries.

Their best lineman, who struggled with injuries in the last campaign and thought about retirement, has decided what he wants to play for in 2024.

Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald reports that Terron Armstead is anticipated to rejoin Miami for the upcoming campaign.

Speaking of skilled LTs, I was reassured yesterday that Terron Armstead of Miami is expected to play next season. In Jan.’s remarks, the elegant Armstead had hinted at his uncertain future. On March 16, his salary—which was previously partially guaranteed—becomes fully guaranteed.

Throughout his two seasons with Miami, Armstead has missed eleven games.

He missed seven games in 2023 due to injuries to his knee, ankle, back, and quadriceps, and four games in 2022 due to a nagging toe issue and a Grade 2 pectoral strain.

In January, he considered retirement.
Armstead was unsure whether or not to play again the following season, and if his body can no longer withstand the injuries, he won’t participate.

“It was Super Bowl or bust in 2023. I’m seeking one more ring because I love the game, but I won’t be the kind of person who keeps playing when his body tells him he can’t.

The Effect of his coming back.
