Breaking News: Ferrari To Secret Test Major New F1 Upgrade

 

According to Italian media, Ferrari plans to validate its array of modifications ahead of the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix during its allotted Formula 1 filming days.

It has long been known that Ferrari plans to introduce a sizable package, and as technical specialist Paolo Filisetti reveals below, the team is eager to concentrate on a new sidepod design that was inspired by the Red Bull RB20.

Private in-season testing using current vehicles is prohibited, however each team is allowed two 200-kilometer filming days each year, which are supposedly for promotional purposes but are really frequently used to thoroughly test-drive a car before pre-season testing.

it has been reported that on Thursday 9th and Friday 10th May, Ferrari is to head to its Fiorano test track with race-drivers Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz to validate the upgrade package planned for its home race at Imola
